How do I return an item?

Returns / RMA

DigiCombos.com offers a 10-day return privilege policy on select items (please refer to Return Policy below) provided the following guidelines are followed:

  • All merchandise must be returned in original manufacturers packaging unopened with manufacturers seal.
  • All supplied manufacturers accessories are included in original factory packaging.
  • Original manufacturers warranty cards and paperwork must be blank.
  • All returns must be double boxed and accompanied by a DigiCombos.com Return Authorization (RA) number. Please contact our customer service division at 1.888.424.4786 Monday-Friday 10am-6pm EST for your RA number.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages).
  • All refused packages will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.



Lost or Damaged Items


Packages lost or damaged by FedEx or Freight Companies require up to 45 days for a credit to occur.

**Any refused package by the recipient is subject to 15% restocking fee of the full invoice total plus to and from shipping costs.

Manufacturer Returns

-Due to most manufacturer's policies, final sale items listed above may only be returned directly to the manufacturer.
-Please contact the manufacturer directly to arrange a proper return.

± LCD/Plasma/Televisons Above 20" Policy

All sales of LCD/Plasma/Televisions above 20" are final and may not be returned. The following are responsibilities of the customer when taking delivery of any television 20" and above:

    1. All customers must carefully inspect the box of your TV before the shipper leaves your premises. If you find the unit is damaged due to delivery mishap you may refuse delivery for a defective exchange. When we receive the unit back at our warehouse, a claim will then be issued for your TV.
    2. If the television meets your expectations, you must sign the release form supplied by the shipper to fully complete the delivery process. Your signature confirms that you understand this LCD/Plasma/Television Return Policy and agree that you cannot return the television.
    3. Once the television has been delivered please refer to "Manufacturer Returns" or refer to any applicable warranty you might have.

International Orders
International orders are accepted strictly by phone only. Please call 1.888.424.4786 to order. The only method of payment we accept for international orders is American Express. Address must be listed with American Express. DigiCombos.com is not responsible for duties or tariffs on international shipments.

Tax
Items shipped in the state if New York are subject to the applicable sales tax added to the order total.

Digicombos.com does not sell for resale. Items may be limited to 1 per customer or group. We are not responsible for typographical errors on our website, other sites, or search engines.
