Orders can be placed on our website 24 hours a day 7 days a week or if you prefer to talk with one of our knowledgeable Combo Creators, please call 888-424-4786.

When ordering items for which compatibility may be an issue, it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all items are in fact compatible with one another. Although our Combo Creators will do their utmost to assist with this information, DigiCombos.com does not assume responsibility for errors made by either the consumer or our Combo Creators. Please verify all information with the manufacturer.

  • We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Checkout, and wire transfers.
  • We accept purchase orders from government agencies, educational institutions, and corporations, which are payable via company check. All purchase orders are subject to credit approval. Please contact our Combo Creation Department for all purchase order inquiries.
  • We accept PayPal payments provided that the shipping address is a PayPal confirmed address.
  • Google Checkout requires a Google Checkout account. Your credit/debit card information is stored in your Google Checkout account. Charges to your credit card are made by GOOGLE * DIGI COMBO. Your credit/debit card information is not shared with DigiCombos.com.
    • Once you have completed a purchase using Google Checkout, DigiCombos.com will communicate with you via your Google Checkout email address regarding shipping, tracking, and returns.
    • When you use Google Checkout you are protected by Google's fraud protection policy which covers you against unauthorized purchases made through Google Checkout.
  • For orders through Google Checkout or PayPal that have been be modified, we will issue a Request for Payment for the additional amount.
  • You may place an order by phone and pay via wire transfer. Our bank information is as follows:

All orders placed through DigiCombos.com are subject to our verification process for order accuracy and to ensure authorized payment. For security reasons, we must be in contact with you via email or telephone to confirm each order.

It may take approximately 1 - 2 business days to process an order before it ships. Please select your desired method of shipping accordingly. Overnight, second day orders, and the like will not ship before undergoing this confirmation process.

In order to guard against fraudulent activity, DigiCombos.com must verify the bill to and ship to address. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and phone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file). Incorrect information will cause a delay in the processing time.

If your selected payment method is PayPal, we will ship your order to a PayPal confirmed address only. A PayPal confirmed address is an address that has been reviewed by PayPal and found to be safe based on information related to the address. For example, a credit card billing address is confirmed because PayPal can check that the address is the same as the address on file at the credit card company.

We are currently unable to process any credit cards that are billed to an address outside of the United States.


Order Confirmation

A confirmation displaying an order number will appear on the checkout page immediately after your order is submitted. If an order confirmation did not appear after the final submit button, we may have received your order, but communication from our server to your computer was interrupted. Please contact customer service to verify if your order had been received.

You will also receive an order confirmation via email after completing your order online or by phone. An email address* is required so that we may keep you informed on the status of your order. Please recognize that your ISP or email client may have a filter that is preventing the email confirmation from getting through to you. Please check your Junk Mail folder and/or turn off your Spam Filter to allow e-mail from DigiCombos.com.

Although you have received that order confirmation, please note that you must contact our Combo Completion Team to verify that you have in fact placed this order.

* We will never share your email address with unrelated 3rd party except as necessary to fulfill transactions that you initiate.


 
Order Processing Time

It may take approximately 1 - 2 business days to process an order before it ships, provided that the merchandise is in stock and that we are able to complete the address verification and payment process. The estimated time of arrival is determined by the chosen method of shipping and the carrier's local delivery guidelines.

 
Order Status and Tracking Information

You can check the status of your order on our website at anytime by signing in to My Account. Enter your email address and password to view the status of all existing and previous orders. You may also contact our Customer Support for order status information.
 

Order Change / Cancellation

You may request an order change or cancellation by phone as long as it has not been processed for shipping. Since orders are usually processed quickly, notifying us of an order change or cancellation via email is not recommended, as we may not get to your request in time. Please contact our Customer Care Department at (888) 424-4786 Monday-Thursday 9:30 am - 4:30 pm or Friday 9:00 am - 1:30 pm EST.

If the item you want to cancel has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled by you or by our Customer Care Department. However, you can return the item for a refund; please review our Return policy.

If your order was shipped before you requested a cancellation or before any changes could be made, you can refuse delivery and we will refund you for the purchase less our shipping and processing cost.

If the order payment was through check or money order, we will refund you by check after 21 business days following the receipt of your check or money order.

We are unable to reinstate an order once it has been cancelled. You may place a new order subject to our current availability and pricing.
 

Rebates

DigiCombos.com wants to ensure that you get the best possible price. Should we be informed of a manufacturers offer for rebate, we will make every effort to notify our customers.

Please understand that manufacturer rebates are under the control of the manufacturer, not DigiCombos.com.

Rebate programs vary greatly between manufacturers and models; each rebate program has its own set of terms and conditions. Please make sure to follow all the rebate terms and conditions instruction carefully since failure to do so may lead to the forfeit of a rebate claim.

Digicombos.com does not assume any responsibility if you are unable to receive a rebate. Global products may not be eligible for offered rebates; please verify before making your purchasing decisions.

Here are some helpful tips:

DON'T TOSS THE BOX- With most rebates it is necessary cut off* and send in the original UPC code and/or serial number printed on the items' packaging.

KEEP THOSE RECIEPTS - Many rebates require you to mail in the original sales receipt for proof of purchase. Therefore always keep a copy for your records.

MAKE COPIES OF EVERYTHING - On occasion rebate fulfillment centers will have no record of your rebate claim. You may have to resubmit your application.

DO NOY DELAY - After your purchase, there may be as little as one week to send in the rebate claim.

BE SURE YOU FOLLOW-UP - If you receive no communication regarding your claim within the specified response time, please contact the rebate center listed on the rebate form.

SORT YOUR MAIL CARFULLY - Make sure you do not inadvertently discard your rebate check along with any junk mail you may have received.

We are not responsible for rebates denied because of a late claim, improper submission, or any for any reason a rebate was not redeemed or not redeemable.

*Products offering mail-in-rebates are non-returnable once the rebate claim has been submitted. Be sure that the product is working and that you intend to keep the product before filing for rebates. Products missing UPC codes from the box are also not returnable; a credit or exchange will not be processed even if a return authorization was issued and your return was accepted. Please contact our Customer Care Department if you have any questions before removing the UPC code from your product.

 

Shipping Address Change

Once an order has passed our verification process, the shipping address cannot be changed if it is different than the billing address. You may cancel the existing order, provided that it hasn't been processed for shipping, and place a new order with a different shipping destination.

Likewise, once an order has shipped, no change may be made to the shipping address.
 

Backorders
back to top
Every item sold on our website has an inventory status message alerting if the item is immediately available or not. Some items may be advertised for pre-sale on our website with an approximate ship date in the inventory status message.

If an item in your order is not in stock, we will not hold the rest of your order until the item is available*. We will ship the available items and backorder the item that is not in stock, provided that the available item on your order is not an accessory to the backordered item.

Digicombos.com reserves the right to select the method of shipping for backordered items; the method selected on the order is not a guarantee as to the method selected when shipping backordered items.

In most circumstances, we will ship the backorder shortly after it was ordered, unless you are notified otherwise. You may always cancel a backorder for a full credit by contacting our Customer Care Department.

Occasionally, an item is found to be out of stock after the order has been processed due to an inventory discrepancy. We will credit your account for the value of that item if it is not expected shortly. If the backordered item becomes unavailable to us we will notify you via email and issue a full credit if your card has already been charged.

* Does not apply to orders being shipped outside the U.S., or orders being shipped via USPS.
 

Drop Shipping

All items purchased from DigiCombos.com are shipped from our warehouses. In some circumstances DigiCombos.com will arrange for the item to be shipped directly from our source in order to help you avoid a longer wait time (e.g. special order item, or in the unusual event that a backordered item is not expected to arrive at our fulfillment center within a reasonable time.)


International Orders

International orders may be placed over the telephone or through our website, however, a follow-up call will be necessary to complete the order. We accept wire transfers or Google Checkout for payment of international orders.

We can only ship to your home address; we do not ship to your place of business, hotels, motels, or resorts. A signature is required for all UPS & FedEx shipments upon receipt.

Shipments to PO Boxes can only be shipped via US Postal Service, which cannot be tracked and have a slower rate of destination arrival. DigiCombos.com does not guarantee delivery times for international shipments.

DigiCombos.com is not responsible for duties or tariffs on international shipments.

There are no returns/exchanges for international orders, except in the event of damaged or defective item(s). DigiCombos.com is not responsible for return shipping charges incurred when shipping said damaged/defective item(s).

Customs 
  • International orders are generally subject to local import duties and taxes. DigiCombos.com is not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice regarding any customs related fees that you may incur. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.
  • Sales tax is applicable only for purchases made at our retail store or for orders shipped to a New York address. This tax is not a VAT and cannot be recovered by non-USA visitors when returning home.
  • When exchanging an item that is defective or damaged, you will be the exporter from the destination country. Title and risk of loss transfer to us upon our receipt of the merchandise.
  • Please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to inspection by customs authorities. We may also be called upon to provide certain order, shipment, and product information to our international carriers. Carriers may communicate such information to customs authorities for the purpose of facilitating customs clearance and compliance with local laws.

Verification Policy 

For your protection, you may be asked to verify that you are the card owner or that the order information is legitimate. This may include a request for a copy of your credit card (front and back), which can be transmitted by fax or by e-mail.

DigiCombos.com reserves the right to refuse an order when the address or credit card is not verifiable.

Products 
  • DigiCombos.com reserves the right to block certain products from being shipped outside of the US, based on manufacturer restrictions.
  • Product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages.
  • The products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements.
  • Products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate).
  • The responsibility for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country is solely that of the customer.
  • Manufacturer warranties may not be valid.
  • Manufacturer service options may not be available.


Tax

DigiCombos.com will charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders delivered to an address in the State of New York. We do NOT charge sales tax on any orders shipped to other states. If your credit card billing address is in the State of New York and your ship to address is not, you will not be charged sales tax. The applicable sales tax will be automatically calculated on both the value of the products and the shipping charges.

If you have resale or tax exempt status, please make your order by phone, since we do not have this option available on our web site as of this time.

This tax is not a VAT, and cannot be recovered by non-USA visitors when returning home.

Order Acceptance and Limitations

Any order confirmation (electronic or paper receipt) given to you through DigiCombos.com does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to sell. DigiCombos.com reserves the right to decline and cancel an order, or supply less than quantity ordered at any time.

Given the popularity and shortage of some items, we may at times have to restrict the quantity of a particular item ordered. We will notify you if we are unable to accommodate your order. DigiCombos.com may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
 

Pricing

Price Protection - Due to the unpredictable nature of the technology market, we cannot offer price protection credits on merchandise previously purchased on our site. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice based on a combination of factors that are generally out of our control. They are usually dictated by market and availability conditions and/or by the manufacturers themselves and are often as likely to increase as they are to decrease. Once you have completed your purchase, the price you pay remains unchanged regardless of whether the price on our site has since increased or decreased. Please rest assured that we are offering you, our valued customers, the best possible price we can based on our real-time cost for the merchandise at that time.

Pricing Error - Despite our best efforts to advertise prices appropriately, some items may be advertised incorrectly due to a typographical error.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for an item that was priced incorrectly, whether it has been confirmed, charged, and even shipped. If an order is refused after it was shipped due to a pricing error, we may issue a charge to reconcile the price difference.

The pricing posted on our website may not always be identical to those found on some price comparison shopping websites. Prices listed on most price comparison websites may take up to 24 hours to update and match our site.

Likewise, you may find in other places where DigiCombos.com advertises pricing differences. It is the responsibility of the customer to research the best price.
 

Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it provided that the conditions below are fulfilled and it is returned according to the time limitations imposed.

Claims for damaged or missing items must be called in within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise.

You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price less processing fees, restocking fees, and shipping charges. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase, with the exception to cash payment for which a refund check will be issued. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 10-21 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued after 21 business days from the date of purchase.

How to return or exchange an item:
  • To return an item you must call Customer Care Department for your RA number at (888) 424-4786 Monday-Thursday 9:30 am - 4:30 pm or Friday 9:00 am - 1:30 pm EST.
  • Place the original package into a shipping carton.
  • Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
  • Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
  • The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box.
  • Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Conditions:
  • All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards and paperwork, manuals, and all accessories.
  • Items with timers must show less than 120 minutes of use. Items with shutter counters must show less than 200 exposures.
  • DigiCombos.com is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
  • Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 10 Business days.
  • DigiCombos.com is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
  • Refunds
    • A processing fee of 15% will apply to the value of all merchandise returned for a refund. If you are returning a product with the intention of purchasing different merchandise, the processing fee will still apply. This fee applies to open and unopened boxes. We will only refund the value of the merchandise returned, not the shipping charge.
  • Exchanges
    • If you purchased a product from DigiCombos.com that you wish to exchange for an alternative, you can return the item for a refund and simply place a new order for the item you desire. We do not apply a refund credit to your new purchase.
  • Defective Items
    • An item that was discovered to be defective upon receipt can be replaced with the same model only. You may also return a defective item for a refund, however a 10% processing fee will apply. The processing fee will only be applied if you choose to return the item for a refund. We will certainly replace an item that was defective prior to receipt, without a restocking or processing fee.
  • Damaged Items
    • All packages are inspected for damage before they ship from our warehouse. If your package has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We must be informed of all shipping related claims within 2 calendar days after the date of receipt. We do not issue refunds for returns of damaged merchandise. An item that was discovered damaged upon receipt will be replaced with the same model only.
  • Return Shipping
    • Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our store) is comparable to your cost of driving to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost.
    • If an item you received is defective, we will certainly replace the item with a new one, however we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to our store. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly.
  • Replacements
    • We will send a product replacement after the authorized return has completed our receiving/inspection process. Although it is our goal to ship a replacement as quickly as possible, we do not send replacements before we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. To receive a replacement more quickly, you may place a new order for the same item (shipping not included), and we will issue a refund for the full value of the returned product (including shipping), upon completion of our return process.
    • Digicombos.com reserves the right to select the method of shipping for replacement items.

No Return/Exchange On:
  • All consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, etc.) once unwrapped
  • “All Sales Final” Items, as disclosed below
  • Computers, software and hardware once unwrapped
  • Any computers built or modified by DigiCombos.com to customer’s specifications
  • Special Order merchandise
  • Underwater equipment that has been submerged
  • Educational tapes and books once unwrapped
  • Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only and may not be redeemed for cash.

Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.

The time limitations expressed above are counted from date of receipt of merchandise in actual days and NOT business days, expect where indicated.

During the Winter Holiday Season, all time limitations will be considered from December 25th and not the date of receipt of merchandise.


LCD/Plasma/Televisons Above 20" Policy

All sales of LCD/Plasma/Televisions above 20" are final and may not be returned. The following are responsibilities of the customer when taking delivery of any television 20" and above:
  • All customers must carefully inspect the box of your TV before the shipper leaves your premises. If you find the unit is damaged due to delivery mishap you may refuse delivery for a defective exchange. When we receive the unit back at our warehouse, a claim will then be issued for your TV.
  • If the television meets your expectations, you must sign the release form supplied by the shipper to fully complete the delivery process. Your signature confirms that you understand this LCD/Plasma/Television Return Policy and agree that you cannot return the television.


Lost or Damaged Items

Packages lost or damaged by third party freight companies (FedEx, USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) require 60-90 days before a credit can be issued.


Refused or Unaccepted Packages

Any refused package by the recipient is subject to 15% restocking fee of the full invoice total plus to and from shipping costs.


Shipping Policy

  • Shipping and handling charges are determined by the parcel's weight and destination. Value is also considered for insurance purposes only. Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels.
  • All packages shipped from DigiCombos.com require a signature upon delivery; this requirement cannot be waived. Please arrange for someone to sign for the delivery if you are unable to do so. We recommend that you provide an email address, so that we may keep you informed on the status of your order, and send you tracking information. You will be able to track your order online or by phone for an estimated time of arrival. FedEx/UPS will attempt to deliver your package three times before returning it to DigiCombos.com. Any unaccepted package by the recipient is subject to 15% restocking fee of the full invoice total plus to and from shipping costs.
  • We do NOT ship to
    • Mail box drop off locations
    • Hotels, motels, resorts, etc.
    • Trade shows, conventions, conferences 
  • US Customers: orders will ship to your home, your place of business, or another residence address.
  • International Customers: shipments will be made to your home or to a USA residential address.
  • We ship to APO addresses, US territories and possessions.
  • Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.
  • USPS - United States Postal Service will ship to all 50 states (including Puerto Rico). Please allow 7-10 days for delivery via Air Mail and 2-4 business days for Express Mail.

Shipping Disclaimer:

We will make every effort and use every good measure to deliver your order on time. DigiCombos.com will not be responsible for any delay of the shipment during transit, for reasons including but not limited to, negligence by the shipping carrier, employee strikes, and weather.


Warranties & Repair

All items sold by DigiCombos.com are warranted solely by the manufacturer/distributor, except "direct import" a/k/a Global items. All items needing repair (other than Global) should be sent to the manufacturer/distributor directly for service. DigiCombos.com is not liable if the manufacturer/distributor fails to perform warranty service.

For Global items only, DigiCombos.com provides a warranty identical to the provisions and limitations of the manufacturer's warranty for such items, with the exception of the time period, which is equal to the term of the manufacturer's warranty or one (1) year, whichever is less. Your warranty card and/or sales slip must accompany all items.

There is no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on any item sold by DigiCombos.com.

DigiCombos.com will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. DigiCombos.com liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.
